Tooth Roll Crusher
Tooth roll crusher is a key raw material processing equipment in brick-making processes, designed for coarse crushing of various brick raw materials mined from quarries. It suits materials with medium to low hardness, with Mohs hardness not exceeding 2.5, as higher hardness may cause mechanical failures like tooth breakage. The equipment has no special requirement for raw material moisture content, but excessive moisture (>25%) can lead to feed port bridging and blockage.
1. Powerful crushing capability, reducing materials around 300mm to below 12mm directly, with a max reduction ratio of ≥30.
2. The motor and reducer are connected via a torque-limiting fluid coupling to effectively prevent power overload.
3. The discharge gap between toothed rolls can be adjusted by replacing roll discs of different diameters, with a designed gap of 12–28 mm. A smaller discharge gap will moderately reduce the crushing capacity of the equipment.
4. The roller disc and mud scraper surfaces are quenched for high wear resistance and extended service life; the roller teeth are surfaced with wear-resistant alloy, ensuring reliable strength and high durability.
5. The complete machine is equipped with comprehensive and reliable dynamic and static sealing devices and components.
6. The spindle structure of the fast and slow rollers is uniquely designed to fundamentally enhance the reliability and service life of the entire machine.
