Roller Crusher for Stone Removal
The stone-removing roller crusher is one of the key supporting equipment for raw material preparation, suitable for crushing clay-type materials of medium-low hardness. It has no special requirement for the moisture content of the raw material. This standard applies to stone-removing roller crushers used for clay, shale, and coal gangue with a moisture content not exceeding 15% and a particle size of 10-50 mm.
The equipment consists of a spiral roller and a smooth roller, with a compact structure. The spiral roller sleeve surface is made of wear-resistant material with hardness above HRC50, offering high surface hardness and excellent wear resistance. It can remove hard stones over 3 cm, with low maintenance costs, high production efficiency, and great performance.
