Ultra-fine double-roll crusher is one of the key supporting equipment for raw material preparation, suitable for crushing clay-based materials of medium-low hardness. It has no special requirement for the moisture content of the raw material, and achieves the desired particle size distribution for brick-making by refining and kneading the material, thereby improving its plasticity. This series of ultra-fine double-roll crushers incorporates technology introduced from Italy, manufactured in China, with mature technology. The applicable relative moisture content range of the raw material is ≤20%, and the minimum roll gap can be adjusted to 0.5mm.
