Fine Crushing Roller Crusher

Fine roller crusher is one of the main supporting equipment for raw material preparation, suitable for crushing clay materials of medium-low hardness. It has no special requirement on the moisture content of raw materials, and improves the plasticity of raw materials by refining and kneading them to obtain the particle composition needed for brick making.

This series of high-fineness double-roll crushers features Italian-imported technology, manufactured in China with mature expertise. The equipment is suitable for raw materials with a relative moisture content of ≤20%, and the minimum roll gap can be adjusted to 0.5mm.

Our fine-tooth roll crusher series features roller diameters from 600 to 1850 mm and widths from 40 to 1600 mm, ensuring adaptability to all production requirements. We can also equip it with a high-quality automatic grinding machine upon request, guaranteeing flawless roller ring performance.

Overall structural characteristics

■  The two roller assemblies are each mounted in the slide grooves of the roller frame via four sliding bearing blocks; one roller is a fast roller, whose position in the frame's slide groove is relatively fixed; the other is a slow roller, whose position in the slide groove is adjustable at any time, allowing the desired working gap between the rollers to be achieved by adjusting the slow roller's position.

■  The two roller rings are mounted on bearings with a special center alignment device, ensuring precise equipment centering. With the internal support secured, the roller ring spacing and parallelism are strictly maintained.

■  One shaft is fitted with two supports, locked and fixed by adjusting the clearance; the other shaft is protected and auto-reset via a dual-cylinder hydraulic unit with an accumulator reset device. This ensures a constant thrust force, thereby guaranteeing the crushing degree.

■  Equipped with a roller ring scraper and pneumatic control, making it easy to extract and replace wear parts.
