The new RCL grinding machine produced by our company is a manual + automatic dual-mode lathe specially designed for various roller crushers, tailored for large-diameter, long and heavy workpieces such as crushing rollers, roller skins, hubs, and main shafts. It can be installed on any type of roller crusher.
It supports both manual hand-wheel precision turning for roll repair and post-welding truing, and CNC automatic feed for batch turning of outer diameters, end faces, tapers, and arcs—making it standard equipment for crusher plants and wear-resistant roll processing factories.
