Pre-screen mesh paddle extruder
The grid-plate stirring extruder is one of the supporting equipment in brick and tile production, designed to add water and mix raw materials, enhancing density and plasticity through auger extrusion. It filters out impurities like grass roots and bark, reducing mold blockage and cutting production costs from downtime, especially suited for thin-walled, high-quality products. The grid plate is hydraulically controlled, allowing replacement and cleaning without stopping the machine, minimizing losses from production halts.
This series of equipment consists of three parts: the mixer main body, the hydraulic system, and the pneumatic system (user-supplied).
1. The main body of the mixer consists of a drive motor, pneumatic clutch, reducer, mixing tank, mixing shaft, mixing blade, extrusion cylinder, extrusion auger, mesh plate, and base.
2. The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic station, hydraulic pipes, and hydraulic cylinders.
3. The pneumatic system consists of an air compressor, solenoid shut-off valve, pipe fittings, and air tubes (user-supplied). See Figure 2 for the pneumatic clutch system schematic; the pneumatic system supplies compressed air to the pneumatic clutch and controls its operation.
