Wet pan mill

MB-type wheel mill is a new product developed by our company based on absorbing advanced experience from similar foreign products, leading among domestic counterparts. It features reasonable structure, stable operation, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. Mainly used for raw material processing in brick and tile production with coal gangue, fly ash, shale, clay as main materials. It combines crushing, milling, kneading, and mixing functions. After processing, the raw materials' comprehensive performance is significantly improved.

The motor provides the driving force and drives the fluid coupling for no-load startup. Power is transmitted via the belt pulley to the reducer, which drives the main shaft through a coupling. The main shaft connects to the crosshead using expansion sleeves, transmitting torque through friction at the contact surfaces. This design facilitates easy installation and disassembly, provides overload protection for the main shaft, and prevents damage to its machined surfaces. The crosshead distributes power to the inner and outer cantilevers, which connect to the inner and outer grinding wheel shafts, causing both wheels to rotate around the main shaft while spinning on their own axes. Raw material falls from the central feed hopper in front of the inner wheel, where water is added via the supply system. After being kneaded and crushed by the inner wheel, scrapers move the material to the outer wheel track. Following compression by the outer wheel, the material is extruded through screen plate holes, completing primary processing.
